So Jillian Michaels hates keto

Spoiler alert: She hates keto. You don’t necessarily even have to watch this.

I don’t do the keto diet to please Jillian Michaels, and I almost just ignored this video and moved on with my life. But I decided to go ahead and weigh in.

Just because this lady doesn’t believe in it, there are lots of doctors and experts who DO think it is a valid choice.

I have type 2 diabetes and PCOS just to name a few things. Keto addresses these. WITHOUT medication. To me, that is a better choice and I am so thankful that it works for me. To me, that is like a miracle drug without any side effects.

Maybe you feel like the keto diet is too restrictive for you and you can’t picture your life without cookies, cakes or potatoes or rice. My short answer is that I understand. It is definitely a choice. I do have keto cookies from time to time and cauliflower rice certainly has its place. But they aren’t the same.

There was a time that I thought the keto diet was a fad, and then there was time that I googled “I hate the keto diet” on a regular basis 🙂

But I have since learned to make it work for me. And I am still learning. Everyone doesn’t have to agree with me.
